What types of events do you work on?
We specialize in technical production for financial services events: conferences, summits, investor days, and corporate meetings. While finance is our specialty, we also work with clients in adjacent industries who value our expertise and approach.
Where are you located?
Our founder is based in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, with team members in New York City and Washington, D.C. We work on events globally and have produced across 7 countries on 3 continents. We're always ready to travel where your event takes us.
How far in advance should we book?
For major conferences and multi-day events, we recommend reaching out 3-6 months in advance. For smaller corporate meetings, 4-6 weeks is typically sufficient. That said, some of our clients engage us a year or more out, especially when it's their first large-scale event and they want to make sure everything is flawless. And we've been known to jump in on short notice when clients need us.
Do you provide all the AV equipment?
We're a production management and technical direction company, not an AV rental house. We work with trusted local vendors in each market to source the right equipment for your event, managing those relationships on your behalf.
