What types of events do you work on?
We specialize in technical production for financial services events: conferences, summits, investor days, and corporate meetings. While finance is our specialty, we also work with clients in adjacent industries who value our expertise and approach.
Where are you located?
Our founder is based in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, with team members in New York City and Washington, D.C. We work on events globally and have produced events in 6 countries on 3 continents: the United States, Bermuda, the United Kingdom, Portugal, Hong Kong, and Thailand. We're always ready to travel where your event takes us.
How far in advance should we book?
For major conferences and multi-day events, we recommend reaching out 6-12 months in advance. For smaller events and corporate meetings, 3-6 months is typically ideal. That said, if you really need us, we can typically jump in with as little as a few days' notice.
Do you provide all the AV equipment?
We're a production management and technical direction company, not an AV rental house. We work with trusted local vendors in each market to source the right equipment for your event, managing those relationships on your behalf.
